Scarlett Best (5th grade) and Jacob Bogaards (4th grade) from Williams Elementary were among 12 students across Arkansas selected as winners in the Picturing Econ Art Competition. Their artwork, which illustrates economic concepts, will be featured on the Economics Arkansas website and social media. Congratulations to these talented students!


Don't forget tomorrow is Book Character Day to celebrate Read Across America Week! Students may dress up as their favorite book character!

Come out this Thursday, February 27th at 5:00pm to see the 4th and 5th grade students present the Living Black History Month Wax Museum! Then at 5:30 PTA will have a short meeting filling you in on some upcoming events at the school! Ms. MoJo will also have some important information for the rising 6th graders. We can't wait to see everyone there!


Next week, March 3rd-March 7th is Read Across America Week! This week is an annual celebration where schools around the country celebrate reading! Be on the look out for this flyer to come home in your scholars folder. Provided are some daily book themes for you and your scholar to explore each day next week! Please note that scholars may dress up on FRIDAY, MARCH 7TH, as their favorite book character! Happy Reading!
