Good Evening Panther Community & Happy New Year, 

On behalf of the entire staff of PHMS, we welcome each of our stakeholders back for the much anticipated second semester success. As we prepare students for the next grade level and the state assessment, we will need your support with reinforcing the importance of the moment. Students should arrive prepared to engage with teachers each day and provide their best efforts at all times. 

We are also compelled to provide an electronic device alert. Many students have returned with new devices including smartphones, ear buds, and BEATS. Each of these items is expensive. Thus, we encourage parents to restrict them from campus unless they can ensure the responsibleness of their student(s). These devices are ONLY used during specific times of the school day (before school, during lunch, and after-school) unless the classroom teacher has permitted use for instructional purposes.

IF these items are misplaced or stolen, PHMS and the LRSD bear no responsibility for searching or investigating these matters. Please help us maintain an orderly campus by working directly with your students to ensure compliance.
