In the spring of 2021, the LRSD school board voted to align FH STEM Academy with Hall STEAM Magnet. This alignment allows for students to have a true STEM focused education from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The LRSD school board also approved the hire of Amy Cooper, principal at FH STEM, to lead both the FH STEM and Hall campuses.

Both campuses utilize the Project Lead the Way curriculum which provides a transformative learning experiences for K-12 students and teachers across the U.S. PLTW aims to create an engaging, hands-on classroom environment and empower students to develop in-demand knowledge and skills they need to thrive. PLTW also provides teachers with the training, resources, and support they need to engage students in real-world learning.
