It's the weekend but our Eagles are still hard at work. Our Destination Imagination Teams went to State Competition today. Team Next Generation and Team Raconteurs received 1st place and best Instant Challenge awards. Team Superlative and Team Fluorescent Socks received 2nd place in their team categories. Piyush Ketkar from Team Next Generation received the Renaissance Award for outstanding acting and performance.

Please use the front car pool line when dropping off and picking up students. The back parking lot is for buses, staff, and parents who park and walk up to the building. Staff are not on duty in the back parking lot. Cars are driving around and students are walking between moving cars. This is a safety concern. Please help us keep our students safe. Due to the forecast, Spring Fling has been postponed until April 12th. That just means you have a little more time to get your armbands! Armbands (students/siblings 4 and older) will be $10 through noon April 10. They will be $15 at the gate.

Good morning parents/guardians of the 7th and 8th grade girls and boys track team. Our track meet starts at 3:30p at Benton High School today. Transportation, meals and snacks will be provided for all student-athletes participating in the meet. If you have questions please Coach Hatch or Coach Scarborough by email.
From Coach Piggee- Just a reminder volleyball tryouts today and tomorrow, 3-4:30pm, are for current 6th graders. No bus will be provided so parents MUST pick up their athlete at 4:30pm.
Good evening Eagles! This week, we will begin our summative state assessments. Our ESOL students will complete ELPA21 testing throughout the week. Our Elementary students in grades 3-5 will be taking the ATLAS Writing test on Wednesday, March 6 and our Middle school students will be taking the ATLAS Writing test on Thursday, March 7. It will be important for all students to arrive on time, be well rested, and have charged Chromebooks and wired headphones or earbuds. Students may purchase earbuds from the school store for $1.
